Cherise got her start in CRE in 1983 in her family’s female run business, Pat Sedlock, Inc. Over the years she has worked with and learned from many in our industry.  “I think our commercial brokerage community is one of the best in the nation. We are kind. While specializing in church sales and acquisitions, her client’s CRE needs continue to expand her experience in investment, industrial, self-storage, care facilities, retail and multi-family.

Susan Scott, a licensed broker in Kansas and Missouri, is the Sr Vice President at Select Sites. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate across all asset classes, Susan specializes in retail landlord representation, land, historic redevelopment, and nonprofit partnerships. While maintaining a strong focus on Kansas City's urban core, she is expanding her team’s presence into South Johnson County, driven by its growth, and Miami County, where she resides.

Passionate about mentoring and community involvement, Susan actively supports organizations such as KC Urban Core Group, Job One KC, and Always and Furever Midwest Animal Sanctuary. Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, she has lived in the Kansas City area since 1992. A wife of over 30 years and proud mom of two, including a Navy veteran, Susan balances her professional success with time spent with her family and their dog. A certified scuba diver, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and advocating for Kansas City. 

Jessica brings a blend of leadership, strategic expertise, and real estate insight to her role as Director of Operations at Select Sites.

With a master’s degree in educational leadership and over 23 years of experience in education and leadership roles, she seamlessly applies her skills to the fast-paced world of commercial real estate.

As both a residential and commercial real estate investor, Jessica possesses a keen understanding of market trends and operational efficiencies. She focuses on optimizing internal processes, streamlining operations, and providing the support brokers need to succeed. Dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation, Jessica plays a pivotal role in the success of our brokerage and the professionals who drive it forward.

Sara Nylund brings a solution-driven approach to commercial real estate, blending expertise, creativity, and a no-nonsense attitude that delivers results. Kesi J. Milligan is a Kansas City-based Commercial Real Estate Broker with a passion for community development and housing. A graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a Bachelor's in Urban Studies, Kesi owns Community Neighbors Realty Inc., offering tailored CRE services that connect clients with financial institutions and municipalities.

Kesi's career includes serving as a Business Development Officer at AltCap, where she supported small business lending and economic growth in Kansas City’s 3rd and 5th Municipal Districts. She also contributed to project management and community outreach through the Blue Hills Neighborhood Association, further showcasing her dedication to neighborhood revitalization.

With a strong B2B sales background at Aflac and affiliations with organizations like the Urban Land Initiative, National Association of Black Realtors, and South KC Alliance, Kesi is devoted to fostering neighborhood stability and sustainable development across Kansas City.

Ashley Matthews is a licensed real estate agent in Missouri and has over ten years of property management experience. She holds an MBA from Rockhurst University's Helzberg School of Management. Ashley has a background in operations and strategic planning, She strives to increase productivity and efficiency while maintaining a positive work environment. 

Tarrah Anderson joins Select Sites with over a decade of entrepreneurial experience. As the owner of her own business for 10 years, she has developed a diverse skill set in marketing.

Committed to continuous personal and professional growth, Tarrah has proactively pursued various courses to deepen her expertise in the field.

Through her work with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at UMKC, along with additional small business courses, she has expanded her ability to help businesses develop effective strategies.
